APPOINTMENT POLICY
You will need to have a card on file to hold your appointment. When you request an appointment, please allow at least 24hrs for a response. If you don’t receive a confirmation email for an appointment request, your appointment request did not go through, try it again.
Please answer the questions accordingly. If you are a new client looking for a color service, I would love to have you send me an email to contact@pangzouathor.com with additional information regarding what you would like to have done with your hair

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY
You can change/adjust appointments online whenever you need to up to 48hrs before your appointment. If changes are needed within 48hrs you’ll have to email me directly (contact@pangzouathor.com) for any adjustments in your appointment.
If a party fails to provide advance notice of a cancellation with in a 24 hour window of your service time that results in said party being charged a non-refundable fee of $61 per hour that was booked and not being able to book future appointments.
