A couple things so you don’t get confused when looking at my booking system.
You need to make an account. You’re rolling your eyes, I get it but I enjoy it because it allows me to keep track of your services, I can issue receipts, I will have product and appointment history. I utilize this tool to make sure I am servicing you accordingly.
First time client? I would love to hear your ideas about what you would like done for your color or cut or both! Send an email to email@example.com so we can further discuss the future of your hair.
Lastly, bring some inspo photos to your appointment, I love having a reference for what you would like done :)
No one likes this conversation but I changed my cancellation policy to needing a confirmation or cancellation 72hrs in advance. With this policy it will allow me to help you find a more appropriate time that can accommodate your schedule. If you cancel or modify an appointment within the 72hrs, I will give you grace the first time but if it happens two times in a row, I will require a deposit for future appointments.
You’re thinking “72hrs?! That’s 3 whole days?!” I’m not heartless, I completely understand that things happen, I just need you to know that my time is precious and if you cancel last minute I do not have enough time to fill the appointment and then I don’t make money. Doing hair is my career, not a hobby.
